Systeo manufacture a wide range of material handling carousel from low cost manual systems to competitively priced pre-assembled units and fully PLC controlled systems.
The Multi-Roll Carousel Systems are available in many sizes, styles and configurations which provide ease of access to multiple material rolls using minimal floor space. With the press of a button, material rolls rotate around the carousel, stopping on the desired roll. The carousel loading is simple and direct from the floor or roller cart onto the conveyor chain with rolls being spaced according to their diameter.

- The position of each bars can be adjusted every 100mm on the handling chain, which gives multiple loading configurations and maximum capacity.
- Shielded motors prevent materials from being soiled.
- Dual controls for loading and operating ease and auto roll selection HMI screens.

- Available in single loop version, double, triple or multiple loop configuration.
- Material can feed from either side.
- Multiple bar diameter depending of your mandrel.
